Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at [ricardolirart@gmail.com] before the 14-day period expires.

How to Return Once you notify us of your intention to return, you have 14 additional days to send the item back. Please ensure the print is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [ricardolirart@gmail.com] with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exceptions Custom or personalized prints made to your specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
